Our first meeting offers us a chance to explore the needs of your project and how I can be of help. I will share my thoughts about what we can create and accomplish with your site and online identity and give you a general sense of what you can expect from the project.

By the end of this meeting, we will have a clear idea of the scope of work and strategy for going forward. You will have a good sense of the different services I can provide, roughly how much each will cost, and our next steps in the process.

Next, using tools I have developed to assist our process, we collaborate to create the brand identity in website form - the visual feel, written content, architecture, and functionality. In addition to creating an effective site structure and design that captures your unique business, I can assist in crafting and editing content and taking headshot photography, if desired.

This phase lasts until all site content, design elements, and functionality are complete and launch-ready.

Once we finalize your site design and content, I shepherd all aspects of launching your new site. From transfers of services (hosting, email, or domain registration) to building out SEO and overseeing the process through launch, I’ll be there every step of the way until your site is live.

During this phase, if desired, I also provide a tutorial on the website editor to enable you to independently make any desired content changes and updates in the future.

If any questions or issues arise once your site is live, I provide complimentary web support for six months post-launch.
